Cranberry Chocolate Truffles
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 9 ounces/9 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sugar
Place heavy cream, chocolate and cranberry sauce in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until smooth, whisking frequently. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature to thicken.
Combine cocoa and powdered sugar on a plate. Scoop out a rounded teaspoonful of chocolate mixture. Roll in cocoa, coating thoroughly. Dust hands with powdered sugar. Roll truffle in hands to form a 1″ ball. Continue forming truffles with remaining chocolate mixture.
Makes 30 truffles.
